1 General Terms & Conditions

5 Betting Rules

7 Account Closure & Suspension

• Violation of these Terms & Conditions.

• Prolonged account inactivity.
• The member submits a voluntary account closure request.
• As directed by legal or regulatory authorities.

Self-Initiated Account Closure

If you wish to close your 365 dat account yourself, please contact our support team. Withdraw any remaining balance before closing your account. Unused bonuses on a closed account will not be refunded.

8 Limitation of Liability

365 dat is not liable for the following:

• Bets cancelled or lost due to internet disconnection.
• Any loss resulting from issues with your device or network connection.
• Issues with third-party payment gateways.
• If your account password is disclosed — whether by you or anyone else.
• Unexpected technical errors or server downtime.
